Richy is passionate about quality, customer satisfaction, and affordability without compromising quality. He takes pride not only in all his jobs, large or small, but also in the relationships he builds with his clients.  In his free time, Richy enjoys fishing with his Dad, his brother, and Jason.
Zana Gabor
Office Manager
Zana is Richy's mother. She manages the office including accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, scheduling, permits, and contract administration. In her free time, she enjoys decorating, cooking and reading.

Fredy is a favorite amongst our clients. He always brings his positive energy and creative ideas with him to work. We couldn’t be happier with our one-of-a-kind Project  Manager and friend, Fredy.
Jason Richter

Jason is Richy's childhood friend and fishing buddy. He is an invaluable contributor to the growth of our business. He specializes in projects of all sizes, and has a knack for always getting the job done right. We couldn't ask for a better Operations Maanger II.
Steve Gabor
Founder of Our Company/Senior Advisor
After decades of construction experience, Steve started our business here in Florida in 2004. He taught and passed down his old-fashioned values and craftsmanship to Richy, which continue to define our business culture, vision and mission. In his free time, Steve enjoys fishing, outdoor cooking, and spending time with the family.
